Named after it's owners, "Valentine" by the Bay is an elevated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom like-new beach house nestled at the mouth of Moloaa Bay in a lush pristine verdant valley. The large, fully equipped, open gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and views of the ocean. All rooms have sliding doors to the open, covered lanai. The lanai views the stream, mountains, valley and Moloaa Bay.
There are two King beds, one Queen bed and two twin beds. The king beds are top quality pillow top "Heavenly Beds" with high thread count linens and 100% down pillows. There are Hardwood floors throughout the home and the master bath has a separate shower plus a Jacuzzi tub. All other bathrooms have a tub and shower.
There is a BBQ on the lanai for your enjoyment plus chaise lounges, couches and tables to enjoy breakfast at sunrise or cocktails at sunset. The home is equipped with WIFI, an iPod docking station, Playstation 3 Gaming Console with selection of games in the children's bedroom, and a kayak to paddle down the stream, past the bird sanctuary to Moloaa Bay. Or you can simply walk the 200' to the white sands of Moloaa Bay.
Moloaa beach has tide pools, swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. If you have the need for a larger home, we also manage the adjoining property, Hale Houston, which has two bedrooms and two baths. In renting both properties, one can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
Valentine by the Bay is elevated up two flights of stairs (to enjoy the views and in accordance with County law). A dumbwaiter is installed for your convenience and there is a a hot outdoor shower at ground level.
