Secret Beach:
Lying
in seclusion at the base of Kilauea Point, Kauapea is commonly
referred to as "Secret Beach". Miles of lovely golden
sand beach are often visited by sea birds. The Kilauea Lighthouse
is in the distance.

Spouting Horn:
The
geyser like spray of Kauai's Spouting Horn is in Poipu and is
caused by the sea forcing itself through an old volcanic lava
tube.

Opaekaa
Falls
Opaeka'a Falls is about 1.3 miles from the start of Route
580. We're told there are shrimp in the pool beneath the falls,
emerging from their hiding places at night. The best view is from
the path along the highway. Across the way is a great view of
the sacred Wailua River.
