The northshore has beautiful hiking trails, horseback riding, golf, health spa, zipline adventures, kayaking and much more.
This charming two story home has a warm tropical feeling and Hawaiian ambiance. The living room provides a comfortable place to relax and has a TV, Stereo and DVD. The living room has a hide-a-bed that can be used to accomodate an additional guest. The fully equipped kitchen has ample room to prepare your meals and has all new appliances. The lower level bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, full bath and lanai complete with two rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom, also featuring a Queen bed, full bath and screened in lanai for your peaceful outdoor enjoyment.
The home offers a full size washer and dryer and assorted beach supplies for your use. There is an office on the lower level.
The owners are licensed and permited by the County of Kauai under TVR 4315. Princeville is a planned community with enforced CC&R's. There are rules like "no overnight street parking, etc." Homes in Princeville are also built on 10,000 sf lots and we have neighbors. Noise travels differently on Kauai since we don't have environmental noise surrounding us. If you are a light sleeper this may be something you will need to consider when renting in residential communities. We ask our guests to enjoy Princeville and to respect our community. In the winter time the ocean surf can be heard from this Princeville vacation home. Princeville has 24 hour security and patrol.
