of Rosewood Kauai Bed & Breakfast vacation rentals are non-smoking.
Each property has a minimum stay requirements of at least three
(3) days.
Reservations/Deposit/Payments:
A two night (non-refundable) deposit is required to make a reservation
for a Rosewood Kauai vacation rental. The balance of the rental
fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 30 days prior
to check in. Rosewood Kauai accepts personal checks, cash or travellers
checks. Credit cards are not accepted.
Taxes:
All
rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax which total 13.25%.
(4% Hawaii Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii transient accommodations tax).

Cancellation
Policy:
The two night deposit required to reserve a Rosewood Kauai Vacation
Rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for
any reason. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival
date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able
to re-book the accommodation.
