This beautiful home has been professionally furnished with “Tommy Bahama” quality furnishings and luxury features for your comfort.
Overlooking the beautiful Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed Makai Golf Course, Misty Moments sits along the 6th fairway of the Woods nine, rated the #1 handicap hole on this nine. A tropical atrium garden greets you at the entry and the entire home is built around it. The expansive, lush atrium is the focal point of this home and privacy abounds. The exotic tropical foliage here sets the mood for the tranquility that you will enjoy in this home. Porcelain tile flooring and tropical bamboo furnishings in the atrium provide the perfect setting to enjoy an evening tropical drink from the private bar hidden behind the Shoji screens. During a rain shower, you can sit here and watch the rain transform into light mist as it drops through the screened atrium area into the garden. The atrium also provides guests with a very private hot tub.
As you enter the living room, you will notice that no detail has been left out of the casual yet elegant, decor and oversized Hawaiian furnishings. The TV, VCR/DVD and music CD system complement your stay. Recessed ceiling lighting provides a warm ambience for evening enjoyment. The living room enjoys a full view of the atrium garden and also looks onto the golf course across the private backyard pool. As you enter the living area from the atrium, you will enjoy a separate dining room with its tropical carved hardwood table and seating for six. Beautifully framed tropical pictures grace this dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware and will turn any cook into a “chef." There is counter seating as well as a built-in table for four.
Just open the sliding glass door and you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon tropical drink on the outdoor patio by the pool. A gas barbeque and grilling utensils are provided for your enjoyment. The upper master suite is furnished with classic décor and artwork and features a queen-size bed, its own TV and DVD, and ceiling fan. An air purifier is provided for your health and enjoyment. The windows open up views of the golf course and mountains. The upper master bathroom is a delight with large walk-in closet, double-sink vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower.
Walk through the living area and you enter the ground floor master suite featuring an elegant king-size bed and unique furnishings with walk-in closet. TV and DVD player, ceiling fan and separately controlled air-conditioning provide comfort on any day. An air purifier is provided for your health and enjoyment. All rooms feature recessed lighting for warm ambience in the evenings. The master bath looks onto a private, landscaped, walled atrium. Shoji screens provide privacy when desired. The beautiful custom ceramic countertop and expansive mirrors are the perfect setting for the double sinks. The bath area features a glass enclosed shower and separate tub. Off the Atrium, you will find another private suite. This tropically furnished suite provides two double beds, TV, DVD, and ceiling fans. An air purifier is provided for your health and enjoyment as well as recessed ceiling lighting for evening ambience. The private bath provides natural lighting for the ceramic tile shower and dressing area.
