spacious magnificent Hale Awapuhi Villa unit is one of only 9 units in the complex located directly on the
ocean in Kapaa which is on the East side of Kauai. It
is walking distance to stores and restaurants and cantilevers
out over a perfect white sand beach suitable for swimming, surfing
and snorkeling. There is even a small man made reef which provides a protected cove for small
children. It is 15 minutes North of the Lihue airport. You can drive to Princeville which is only a 30 minute scenic drive to the North.
This
very desirable unit is for the discriminating traveler who
desires perfection. It has two bedrooms, two baths, washer/dryer,
immense gourmet kitchen fully appointed including marble
floors. The master bedroom is up a spiral staircase and
has a small sitting area for writing letters or having morning coffee. The guest room has two twin beds.
The living room/dining room has a ceiling to floor wall
of glass to embrace the Blue Pacific, sunsets, the full moon
and whale watching. These doors pocket into one another, allowing you to open the entire wall of glass to the ocean. The covered lanai is suitable for dining and relaxing naps. The unit is equipped with high speed computer hook up and WiFi.
Capture the glory of a full moon over the ocean from your lanai or watch whales breach during their annual migration to Hawaii (December - May). The sunrises are spectacular. Many turtles enjoy the cover for laying their eggs and the endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal may also be seen sunbathing on the beach nearby.
Guests are welcome to use the gas BBQ located by the pool and also the covered common area by the pool. This is ideal for additional dining or entertaining. The entire property is non-smoking.
