This spacious magnificent Hale Awapuhi Villa unit is one of only 9 units in the complex located directly on the ocean in Kapaa which is on the East side of Kauai. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants and cantilevers out over a perfect white sand beach suitable for swimming, surfing and snorkeling. There is even a small man-made reef which provides a protected cove for small children. It is 15 minutes North of the Lihue airport. You can drive to Princeville which is only a 30-minute scenic drive to the North.
This is the perfect unit for guests seeking the ultimate retreat on the ocean. Three large bedrooms and three baths complete the spaciousness needed for a large family vacation. The master bedroom, which is very private and is up a spiral staircase has a pillow top "Heavenly Bed" and an additional large sitting area.
On the main floor there are two other bedrooms, each with a bath. One has a additional king size "Heavenly Bed", and the other has two twins which could be converted into a king. The large gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining and enjoying all meals on the expansive lanai which is oceanfront and overlooks the pool.

You can enjoy sunrise while you eat breakfast and gorgeous sunsets in the afternoon while the food is cooking on the gas grill by the pool and you are having cocktails. In addition, there is a covered lanai area with bathroom/cabana by the pool for additional entertaining and available at no extra charge. There are only nine units on this site so you have the feeling of privacy and the ambience of a home.
If you have only one car, others may walk to dining, movies and a variety of shops. The beach is varied with snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding and just relaxing. There is also a man made reef for small children to play safely in the ocean. The property is located on the East side in Kapaa and very central to either the north for a day excursion or to the south. There is also high speed hookup available for guests use.
