Coffee Grounds is vacation home rental centrally located on Kauai's east side in Wailua, just three miles from beaches, shopping and many fine restaurants. Owned by "The Coffey's", the like-new home is nestled under a canopy of mature trees. The floor plan lends itself to privacy for a family or couples traveling together. The home features three bedrooms, two baths, a TV room with DVD player, a large open living room, a dining room and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. The living room has a wall of sliding glass doors which open to a screened lanai. Outside you will find a gas Weber BBQ for your outdoor cooking pleasure. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Coffee Grounds is tastefully and professionally decorated with Island decor. The Tile floors throughout the home add to the Island feel. There is a large fountain and stereo in the living room which adds to the peaceful ambience. The master bedroom has a King "Heavenly" bed mattress for your comfort and its own TV. The master bathroom has a tub plus a walk in shower. The two guest rooms each have a Full bed and are located on the other side of the home for privacy. Free WiFi internet access is also provided.
